Sales Coordinator


Position Summary:


Reporting to the Director of Sales, this person is responsible for supporting the sales and service functions of our Armstrong, Iowa team.




Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support the sales and service functions.

  • Assist in answering sales phones.

  • Assist in setting up all sales meetings.

  • Prepare sales reports.

  • Maintain price lists.

  • Setting up and performing any mailings to customers.

  • Maintaining the sales website.

  • Enter orders.

  • Making reservations and registering for trade shows.

  • Participate in all sales related events.

  • Marketing and advertising activities.

  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications and Skill Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Prefer 2 years of experience working in an administrative role in a professional setting; minimum of 1 year required.

  • Ag equipment knowledge helpful.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and MRP systems.

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must professionally interact with customers, employees and management as necessary.
