Traffic Coordinator

Art's Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of specialized agricultural equipment. We are seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our team at our Armstrong, Iowa location.

Duties include scheduling tractor trailer activities, inbound and out bound freight for our four facilities in the Upper Midwest.

This position will utilize TMS best practices, developing carrier performance standards, conducting financial and operational analysis to reduce transportation cost, and develop accurate freight pricing to customer.

Skills: Ideal candidates will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with knowledge of industrial traffic activities, logistics, and physical distribution. This position will follow TMS best practices to include record maintenance of traffic activity, developing carrier performance standards, conducting financial and operational analysis to reduce transportation costs, and develop accurate freight pricing.
