Production Coordinator


Art's Way Manufacturing Co., Inc. is a leading manufacturer and marketer of specialized agricultural equipment. We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Armstrong, Iowa team. As Production Coordinator you will be assisting the Manager of Manufacturing in all areas, with the main focus on inventory control, keeping production operations operating efficiently and safely and overseeing the physical plant. You will be working mostly on the production floor directing activities, correcting problems immediately and ensuring inventory items are being properly utilized and staged for future use.

Ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, ERP or MRP and 5s LEAN processes. Must be able to oversee multiple, ongoing projects. Strong administrative skills, the ability to complete projects on time, common sense and entrepreneurial spirit essential. QAD experience and APICS certification a plus.
